1ltr. Brightbase White Undercoat

An important part of our fluorescent system is Brightbase white undercoat, it is central to achieving full fluorescent potential in both normal and ultraviolet light conditions.

We recommended 2 coats of Bright base before apply any of our fluorescent colours.

Please note: Normal white emulsion will not give the same results.  If the recommended system is not followed, this may result in re-application of the correct Brightbase undercoat and fluorescent colour.
