VAT

All our advertised prices on this website are subject to VAT at the current rate.
Non-UK Europeans customers, with a valid VAT number are able to purchase without the VAT charge, simple include your VAT number with the Country code in the comments box, during the order process.

Are your paints water-based?

Yes, all of our brushable paints are water-based, friendlier to the environment and easy to clean.

Will your fluorescent paint glow in the dark?

All of our Fluorescent paints will glow under Ultra Violet light, however, they will not glow in total darkness.
To achieve full fluorescent potential, a white background must be used, two coats or white Brightbase are recommended.

Are your paints invisible in normal light conditions?

All our paints are bright and vibrant in normal light conditions and glow under ultra violet light. 

Out of stock item?

If we are out of stock of any item(s) we will inform you on your delivery note / invoice and dispatch them as soon as they come back into stock.
If an item is due to be out of stock for more than 2 weeks you will be informed via email.

Multi Currency?

Our multi currency view option is an accurate guide-line only.  All orders will be charged for in Pound Stirling.

Returns policy?

Unopened or un-used products are returnable and refundable.
All opened paints containers are non-returnable or refundable.
For security reasons, the UV Centre will credit the card that you used to purchase your items with.
You are able to exchange items up to 28 days from the delivery date for either a credit note or other in-stock items.
For security reasons you should send all items via a secure track-able service, payable by you.
